'' Kabhi socha hai life itni cluttered kyu lagti hai ....... Ho sakta hai jawab kisi bde change mein nahi, kuch choti aadaton mein chupa ho . Aaj ke blog mein, hum baat karenge 10 simple habits ki jo life ko jyada sorted , peaceful aur productive bana sakkti hai .''

1. Raat lo phone side rakhna before sleeping.

2. Subah 10 min ka silent meditation.

3. Daily 1 to-do list banana.

4. Har 2 ghante mein paani peena . 

5. Ek inspiring quote ya page padhna din mai ek baar or agar apka mood kharab hai to dhyan rakhe ki wo inspiring quote aap  usse related hi sunna  .

6. Room ya study space clean rakhna .

7. Weekly ek digital detox day rakhna.

8. 3-min gratitude journal.

9. Kisi apne se baat karna kam se kam 5 min .

10. Sone se pehle ek '' me time '' moment lena better than overthinking i guess.
